On Friday, March 30, a group of nearly 80 teens and youth leaders experienced real faith in the real world. The teens and youth leaders met at Maranatha Baptist Church in Columbus to hear a salvation presentation from Nathan Davis, youth pastor from Byesville. From there the group boarded two chartered buses to visit the Columbus Police Academy, the Columbus Zoo, and the Ohio State University. At each stop Christian professionals shared their testimonies and how they lived out their faith in their respective vocations. The teens heard from two veteran police officers, a registered nurse of 40 years, a veterinarian, and a former running back for the Ohio State Buckeyes. The youth returned for a closing session of worship and awarding of prizes.

This event was planned by youth pastors, Ken Lorow, Maranatha Baptist, Cols., Dan Hunt, Memorial Baptist, Cols., and Lee Roberts, Calvary Baptist, Bellefontaine. Based on the morning passage from Col. 1:9-20, the teens were challenged to recognize the exclusive claims of Christ and the difference between knowing about Him and knowing Him.
