Tim Connell (pastor at Carmel Baptist--New Straitsville) had a heart attack last week and had to have triple by-pass surgery. He is only 48! He is home recovering. But he substitute teaches to provide an income but cannot do that for now. They are faithfully serving the Lord in a very small church of maybe 8 people! Tough, tough area and yet they faithfully keep serving. They obviously have some financial needs. Their church is not able to take care of them. “They may be drowning and the body of Christ not even know they are in the lake!!” writes concerned missionary friend, Tammy Lowe.

A card shower with monetary gifts would certainly be helpful at this point. Perhaps the Lord would lay them on yours or your people’s hearts. Please pray for Tim, Jill, and their children and give as the Lord leads.
