Bruce and Debbie Maddux and Boys, on prefield for radio ministry in Peru -- trying to raise the final portion of their support.  Their commissioning service is scheduled for May 4rth at Grace Baptist, Cedarville. 

Pastoral Requests: Pastor Quick, First Baptist, Elyria, had surgery on Monday 3/24 around 11 AM - 1:15 PM. They took a large section of skin from his back to transplant to his scalp.He was in recovery for about four hours. Later that night he was eating, etc. Praise the Lord for successful surgery and please pray for healing; the possibility for infection is always a concern. The family has asked for no phone calls for right now, but cards and email are okay. Thank you for praying.

Jim & Denise Brown's [former pastor and wife, Minford, Ohio] grandbaby (Gracie Jean Lockyer), born March 7, 2008, is off the heart/lung machine and her little heart is beating on its own after her first heart surgery.  She is still on the respirator, which breathes for her, but her heart is up to 100 beats per minute and the doctors hope it will increase to 120 beats per minute. Doctors foresee two more surgeries in her first year, so please continue in prayer for her and for the family.
