We are currently seeking a Chaplin to join our Programs Department. The Chaplain is responsible for the inmate religious programs of the facility in compliance with MTC and the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction directives. This position also requires the responsibility of serving as the point of contact for all outside religious activities, persons or groups requesting admittance to the facility, interacting with inmates during their daily activities (dining, recreation, work and while in disciplinary isolation) as often as possible to provide moral and religious instruction as well as promoting the development of positive social skills through modeling appropriate behaviors and intervening when inappropriate behaviors are observed.
